How do I reach you?

How do I manage or cancel BETR Premium?
Your subscription runs through your Apple ID, so it lives in your iPhone settings: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel BETR Premium. The prices: €7.99 per month or €49.99 per year.
How do I delete my account?
Right inside the app under Settings. Deletion is immediate and complete, there's no 30-day grace period. Once you confirm, your entries are gone and can't be recovered.
Are my entries safe?
Yes. BETR is ad-free, we don't sell your data, and your content is transmitted encrypted. How that works in detail and who's involved is laid out honestly in the privacy policy.
What is Mio?
Mio is your AI companion in BETR, a bear. Instead of just listening, Mio asks questions, helps you go deeper into your entries, and surfaces patterns you'd easily miss on your own.
